LOCATION: remote (IL, MI, PA) with 60-70% travel

Seeking a highly experienced Regional Director Hospice leader with proven, verifiable performance at the multi-site/multi-state level who is ALREADY living in IL, MI, or PA and open to 60-70% travel. Our Ideal candidate is someone with experience at the Executive Director/Administrator level with multi-site hospice operations & Sales/Strategy experience (preferably between 3-5 offices). Must be really engaged, loves to travel, and supports leaders daily.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive hospice experience: operations, sales/growth experience (no exceptions)
- Area Director or Regional Director of Operations experience REQUIRED
- Due Diligence, Start-up/DeNovo & Acquisitions experience a PLUS
- Someone already in, near or acutely familiar with the territory and who knows the markets: IL, KS, MI, MO, PA or SC
- Someone who is a culture warrior, an exceptional communicator, adaptable, solutions oriented and someone who can hold people accountable, grow territory
