LOCATION: Tampa (FL)
We are assisting a client in their search for a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their dynamic cosmetic and plastic surgery healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Positions available: Full time (4-5 days per week) or Part time (2-3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients through all phases of surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and create individualized anesthetic care plans.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Continuously monitor patient vitals and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary to maintain patient stability.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of anesthesia care in patient records.
- Participate in post-operative care and recovery of patients, ensuring a smooth transition from anesthesia to recovery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current certification as a CRNA
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
